Congratulations on taking your first steps to a brand new you and a new weight loss experience where you are supported by en entire community of like-minded people. This website is dedicated to helping people who want a healthier lifestyle including issues with eating healthy and exercising, as well as support forums where we talk about specific issues.

Try to find a team close to your area, or there may already be members from your school that have a group. If not, maybe you could start your own and populate it with people who also want to lose weight at your school. The teams are very supportive and I am sure you can benefit from them.

Hello all!

I'm Ayla - I'm 19 years old, and am currently a Student at Concordia University Wisconsin. I'm looking to lose weight to be healthier, and more sure in myself. I've been at least slightly overweight my entire life and am ready to finally change that! Not as a new years resolution, but just as finally ready to stop letting my weight control me. I am going to Europe at the end of march for a few weeks with our soccer team, and would love to be more comfortable in my own skin before that.

I would love any support, and am excited to start this journey =)
