I just wanted to share my excitement, and thank SP for all the advice and support!

I haven't been sticking to a particular diet plan, or set too many restrictions, but the Nutrition Tracker is my new best friend. This week I managed to keep within the middle range of the recommended calorie intake suggested by SP. I have eaten lots more veggies and some fruit. And cut back on sugars and processed foods. And the hard work has paid off! I am back in the 60s. I haven't been this weight since mid November 2011 (and I was only there for a couple of days), and before that, it was 3 years ago at my brother's wedding, so I plan to keep going. The next goal is 67kgs. Once I reach this, I am going to buy me something nice - and it won't be food related! emoticon

I also managed to walk 5 out of 7 days. emoticon Which is a biggie for me. I am not an exerciser at all. I got Fs for sports class in school. My goal for this week is to walk in the mornings, and add some strength training at least 3 times a week. This should help me reach my goal.
