Fabulous! That is excellent! I am amazed at how quickly we can gain endurance. I started running in July, and could barely make it one lap without collapsing. By late September I ran my first 5K. Now I sometimes run a 5K "just for fun" as a regular work out. I am utterly stunned. Keep at it. Who knows where you will be in six months?

2 weeks ago i purchased a recumbent exercise bike so that I could work out in the comforst of my own home. When i first started using it I would be out of breath almost instantly, but i continued to push forward.
Today just two weeks after purchasing the bike I beat my first fitness goal. My goal was to ride 11 miles in 30 mins. I beat that goal by .15 miles and hit 11.15 miles in 30 minutes! I am so excited that in just two short weeks my stamina, and endurance have increased. I beat this goal while suffering with RSD too.
It just shows that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to, and you CAN beat anything that you think is holding you back! Thanks to everyone here for your continued support! The Spark community is awesome!
