This is definitely a hard balance to achieve. I know I have issues with it as well. There is an organization called Focus on the Family that may have some helpful information for you. I wasn't able to include a link, but I'm sure you can Google it :) Good luck!

Hi and welcome to Spark and congrats on your first post! It will get easier posting, I promise. When I worked out of the house, I found it difficult to find balance between family and fitness. I'm sorry I can't offer any advice. It would be great if we could add another day to the week!!

Hello! I've never posted anything online before but I'm wondering how other people are finding a healthy balance between work (I work 2 jobs) and family and still having " down time". I am totally analysts about running 3-4 days a week so exercise isn't an issue.
