Good luck!

Sometimes it's a good idea to have a Plan B, in case the gym doesn't work out. Whether it's a video you can do at home or going for a walk. I feel like I'm constantly rescheduling workouts!

well if you can't go to the gym, you can always do something at home.

Today will be my first day back in the gym, my schedule is looking like I won't be able to make it. But I am going to try super hard to get my strength training in. Wish me luck!
