So, I've joined Spark Coach, and am loving everything I see! I've been reading SparkPeople for about a year now, and find it so helpful and motivational. I've lost 80 pounds of my goal of 110 pounds, but I've been on a plateau for way too long. At least I'm not gaining back any weight! I found my "before" picture today, and it re-motivated me to never, never, ever put that weight back on. Boy, it was hard to lose that weight, but how amazing I feel now! Still get discouraged, still feel poorly about myself many days, and still have way too many trigger foods. Thank you for these websites and tools to help me on my journey!!
