If only I had gotten Sparked when I was your age! You can do this. Do not give up. Make the Nutrition Tracker you BFF. Do not exceed the bottom line Nutrition Tracker daily numbers for calories, fat, carbs, and protein. If you do this alone, you will not only reach 140, you can reach 130. If you add to the mix some strength and cardio on a consistent basis, heads will turn, eyes will pop, and jaws will drop. Guaranteed.
Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will". You are now ready to succeed. Let's go.

Well, this is my first day of my new fitter, healthier lifestyle and I must say, it's not too shabby so far!
I woke up at 6.45am, it's now almost 10.30am. I've had weetabix and skimmed milk and a probiotic yogurt drink and I've walked 6000 steps already as today I decided to walk to town and back instead of getting the bus! Plus I went to do some food shopping and avoided all the cheap deals on chocolate, crisps and, my weakness, Irn Bru! I'm so proud of me lol.
Only 4 hours into my day and I'm very productive already :)
