I did my first workout today! I'm really proud of myself, even though I didn't get to do any strength training. I tried going last night, but chickened out on the way. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning, and I feel great. I hope tomorrow goes just as good. Not too sure on what I'm going to do as far as weight training...
