Hi Everyone, I am new to this site. I just found it - i used to belong to WW but did not want to pay the fees. I am excited about this site. It seems to be informative and upbeat. I am 51 and need to loose about 30 lbs. Stress is a big deal in my life I am a stress eater. If anyone has any ideas for me I would appreciate it. It seems I eat at work alot so need ideas for snacks. I do work out 3 times a week but have not been in 3 weeks. Need a jump start again. Thanks for listening.
