Hope this is the first of many race successes! You should be proud of yourself ! Don't forget to stretch after the race even if you think it is a small distance. Get in the habit now and you will go a long way in avoiding injury.

I just finished my first race ever tonight. I ran 5 miles in 54 minutes...woot. I was 131st place...so not the greatest, but I finished and I am major stoked.
