Glad to see you are using the food tracker; you'll find that reviewing the reports/feedback/summaries generated by tracking here can be very revealing and (therefore) helpful to you in getting to know what your habits are, where you can make changes... and more.
Getting out of the up again down-again yoyo weight change pattern is probably a solid place for you to put focus. You want to make permanent changes of those ingrained habits that keep crawling back into the way you get through the day. So I do recommend you give the articles (and links) from the SparkDiet extra thought and attention. If you elect to join SparkCoach, the daily contact and the emails would help you immensely; if you don't do that, be sure you develop a strategy for becoming consistent. Big changes that all sudden take place at once can poof, but if you focus on small increments of change and incorporate good habits into your lifestyle gradually, they will endure. And then you can say good bye to pounds and the yoyo syndrom your scales seems to flaunt in your face from time to time!
