I have been a part of Spark people for 3 years. I find that when I stop tracking my food that is when I go back to my usual way of eating. The people here are very supportive. Always ask for help if you need it.

The thing that I love most about SP is that YOU learn how to choose foods, cook and work out. There are no specialty drinks, shakes, pills or meals. You can go to a regular grocery store, cook at home or eat out w/ friends, but learn how to make healthier choices. This is by far the best thing I have ever done and I am sure that you will as well.
SP is great. There are so many great tools to help you in your weight loss journey!
If you haven't already found it, the Nutrition Tracker is one of the best. Use it diligently - so many have been surprised by many aspects... portion sizes, actual nutritional values... and the Recipe Calculator is wonderful, too. Those things help make us accountable, and knowledgeable about what we're eating.
Once you've got a dietary plan in mind, search through the many, many forums here to find others on your path, and others who simply share some of your perspectives. The community support here is second *only* to the great Nutrition Tracker.
