Tracking is great and you are going to spin that wheel a few times! It's a great motivator for jumping into the site and being consistent.

I hope you enjoy the site. It still amazes me how much solid info is on the site and I've been Sparking for a year and a half!

This is a fantastic site with so much stuff in it, take your time to find your feet and get used to the layout, it will take a few days emoticon

The tracking features are probably most important at the moment so you can see how you are doing but think about joining a few teams as well, you can find teams for just about anything!! and its a great way to make friends and stay motivated.

Hi all, I did some research into the best website for an online weightloss / excercise program where you can track goals and message like-minded people in the online community etc and I decided on sparkpeople. So it is day one for me and I've only done a little bit of exploring so far. Spun the daily wheel and got 2 points - that was exciting!! Looking forward to more exciting times ahead and a healthier new me! It is 5pm here now so I expect a lot more will happen tomorrow!
