Thank you Everybody. I feel human again. I look forward to continuing this journey straight to goal. Sparkpeople said it would take until Sept 2014 to get to my goal of losing 123 pounds. Although I am off to a good start, I know it will slow down to a snails pace as I get closer to onederland. This is when dedication and consistency and embracement of the new life style has to happen as it is discouraging when you are doing all the right things and nothing seems to be happening and the prolonged plateaus occur. For this next 30, I am going to start using some of my videos in addition to the treadmill--to shake things up.

Congrats! that is a great milestone, and I know your heart and circulation system thank you! I bet a lot of people have noticed that haven't said anything, and I know you are starting to need new clothes! WOO HOO!!!

Thank you for writing this. It's an inspiration to me about my first 30 coming up. I have about 6 lbs before the 30 mark. I will then have 100 lbs to lose. Again thanks.

I re-started my journey July 9. Today's weigh-in represents 30 pounds, about 1/4 of the weight I have to lose. I have stuck to my diet of a nutritious 1200 calories; and using the treadmill for an hour 3-4 times a week. I also do strength moves at night while watching TV or lying in bed for about 10-15 minutes.

People have noticed at work, and I am encouraged to lose the next 30 by Christmas.

So Woo Hoo!
