I didn't believe it. Eating healthy -- what!? Exercising 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week -- what?! I've been on diet after diet since having my baby last year and nothing really worked. I always verged on 156-160. And my waist...what waist??
I always thought, okay, if only the scale would show 155 then I know something is happening...and finally it hit 155.4! Not only that I've lost an 1.5 inches off my waist, and 2 inches off my bust area.
It is all about consistency with exercising and eating healthy most times. I'm just so happy! 35 more lbs to go but I feel like it's just a matter of time.
