This is totally awesome!!!!! Congratulations! I know how proud you're feeling (I recently ran my first 5k race too) - and don't forget what a fantastic accomplishment you've made. Keep going, keep pushing, and you'll amaze yourself. What a great accomplishment! Congrats again! emoticon

Hello SparkPeople!

Thanks to you, I successfully joggeg an entire 5k in 44:00.01.
In april, in was having hard time doing week 1 of 5k your way. I needed those 4 minutes to catch my breath after the 1 minute run.

Before the race, I never actually ran the entire distance. I always had to stop after a while to walk, then start again, etc.

I never felt that proud in my entire life. And now I want to do it again. There's a race nov. 4th and I'm thinking maybe I'll try the 10k!!!

I could have never achieve that without the easy to follow 5k your way, and the great support I got from all the people on SP!
