Hi, I have explored all the links and buttons , signed up for different groups and added sparkfriends... And the thing I know best is what works for me may not work for you.. and vice versa.... But!!! with everyone at the same place and the same and different times we are all wanting to achieve, help, enjoy, add, comment and enjoy meeting people who have succeeded, just started, need help and all of just want to find out what works.. For me it is so uplifting to have found people, forums, clubs that spark my desire to lose, exercise and eat what is right for my body type and how much i can fit into my lifestyle.. Thanks all.. Day 2 much better since using the tracker.. giving up sugar, and white processed and sticking to good clean fresh foods.. Mon. my first monday weigh in.. It is awesome as I weighed in on Fri and it is mon and I have lost 2 lbs.. Yippee.. using the tracker it is really a great tool to keep me movtivated.. Thanks all for your great responses.. Gyspy
