I always look to the right and see the dates of the latest post. And I have learned an inactive team seems to stay that way. Not very positive I know.

The message boards seem way more active. Just my opinion.

Welcome to SparkPeople. You may want to try and join some other teams also just look and see if they have any quizzes, challenges and post and see if you get a response then. I am glad to meet you.

I signed up yesterday, and one of my suggested groups was the 50+ with 25 to lose. I've tried posting and I'm not getting any responses. What is the best way to find an active group? I need a support team to help me!
