SparkPeople talks about sweet spot in several ways, the most recent one I heard applied to me this week.
Coach Nicole talked about that sweet spot where your metabolism finally catches up with your food intake and calorie burn. And my metabolism has ALWAYS been S-L-O-O-O-W!
But this week, I had my best weight loss ever since starting on Spark. I lost 3# in one week, and I'm so excited. I am now 16.5# down, with another 18.5# to go. WooHoo!
I love the exercise. I like the fitness and nutrition trackers. I know the importance of keeping track of everything that I eat in my day. I like the accountability....to ME. If I screw up, no one to blame but me. But so far, so good.
I'm determined to become a very healthy senior citizen and Spark is helping me reach my goals in many ways.
WooHoo! I found the sweet spot!
