Don't forget a tablespoon or two of oil that is absorbed during the frying.

well, i would estimate how much of each ingredient there is

like
1 cup of rice
2 oz of crab
1/4 cup of mayo

and so on.

Does that help?

It's called spicy crab pizza. It's a deep fried rice patti with shredded crab and spicy sauce on it pretty sure it's mayo and chili sauce of some sort.

what specific things are you looking for?
Does the restaurant have a website you can look up the info?

You can also break it down my ingredient.

if you're having trouble finding certain foods, make sure you are spelling them correctly. searching the spark database doesn't get you the closest match to what you spell out, only the exact match to what you spell out.
if you want to double check elsewhere, nutritiondata.com is a great backup site to search for what you are eating.

-google first. ask questions later.
