I am new to Spark People I need help staying motivated because I get so frustrated and just don't do it . I also have a son who is 13 and he refuses to eat a lot so the things he want is not healthy which is sometimes hard for me .
I have been a member of SparkPeople for quite some time, but lost focus. I am back now and I am looking forward to finding new Friends and new Inspiration! I signed up for SparkCoach and I am now more committed than ever. Would love to hear from any of you!
