My worst days for eating regular is Sunday or when I get off schedule... I seem to skip meals rather than eat what I can find.

This is a day that the Lord hath made.. Let us be glad and rejoice in it.

I find that planning my meals ahead of time on my nutrition tracker helps. That way I can plan to have a good breakfast and lunch and spread my calories evenly throughout the day.

I find setting an alarm helpful. Spreading my food out really helps as I find if I only eat one meal I tend to overeat!

Finding it hard to eat enough
I get so involved during the day that I lose track of time and find I am eating all my calories in the evenings to get enough for the day
