I love how you didn't give up when your progress stalled, you just tweaked until you got to where it worked for you. Awesome!

Congrats on reaching the 130's - that is awesome! Way to stick with it, even with the frustrations of not losing for a bit. You made it happen - yahoo!!

I have just reached the 130's. just barely but it the first time I have been there in nearly four years.....I stalled out on my weight loss for nearly four months and finally I the last month it is going in the right direction. I think. The face I took it down a notch on the cardio. Added more strength training and have stayed around 1450 calories a day is what is working.....when I was super active and eating more I wasn't losing anything....now I do half hour of cardio sometimes 45 minutes 5 days a week with one day week devoted to a long run that last about hour to hour twenty mintues( that day I tend to eat a bit more).....
