Greetings to all of you that are getting fit over 50. I am a fit 58 years young and back on SP to shed some pounds. I exercise at least an hour a day-- walks, recumbent bike, tennis or simply working out in the yard (plan on getting back to the videos). My weakness is food though! I read Sparks and took a detour a couple years ago. But I'm back and looking forward to meeting and working with you all and this amazing site. I plan on buying the cookbook and cooking healthy for the rest of the summer. Get some good recipes so that when I head back to work in August I have some good ones under my belt :) Cheers to all.
