Isn't it great when you reach a goal. It makes me want to keep going.

Good for you! Now set a small goal, and work toward that one. It's like pennies in a penny jar- all of the sudden, you have $30!

Baby steps are working for me.

I know just what you mean. It's hard to stop the cycle, but when you do, there is a huge burden lifted. It's freedom. Good job!

I stepped on the scale today and it read 350. I was so excited that I whoohoo'd so laud that the neighbors heard me. Being a foodaholic is really hard. It is hard to watch what you eat and want to binge all the time. Its days like today that I know that I will get past this and get to my long term goal.
