Hi HOMESKIL! I think an American living in China sounds pretty spectacular to me! I am fascinated about what it would be like to go live in a completely different culture! It does not surprise me that you ate badly while here in America. It is far more difficult to eat healthy here than to eat badly emoticon

I've been coming here for about 3 weeks using the food tracker. I've been walking pretty much every day since coming back to my home in China from America. I really felt bad in the U.S. I ate badly and my blood pressure went up and I balooned up to around 260 pounds. Since coming back to China I'm eating healthier and walking every day. I found that I needed to stop weighing myself too much. Learned there are other more positive ways to monitor your weight loss. The one thing I'm missing is the support. I've been hesitant to contact other people because it seems that if you don't have a SENSATIONAL story to tell, nobody wants to communicate with you. That said, I'd like to have a friend to chat with while on this journey. Thanks.
