Hi there, nice to meet you. I posted for the first time to the introductory site today, and my full info is in my first blog post, which I posted yesterday. It's a huge deal for me, reaching out to people, and I am just starting this journey. You seemed very worthy of reaching out to, so here I am saying hello :)

I know what it's like to have major health issues, (mine are listed in my blog post) and like you, I am trying to address weight loss to help with my health issues. I applaud you on going vegan and doing the raw juice route. I wanted to share a couple of my own favorite recipes with you since you asked for input, and to also tell you that if you are trying to control blood pressure and blood sugar, adding cinnamon to your juice combinations is a tasty and easy way to make a big impact with blood sugar and blood pressure regulation, and if you are diabetic, it is known to help control those symptoms as well. My nutritionist gave me this tip. When I have oatmeal or breakfast smoothies/juices, I add cinnamon, It's a great natural way to help with some of the issues you are experiencing. I love that it is an inexpensive and easy thing to add to meals...

Two of my favorite breakfast juice/smoothie recipes are as follows. One has more fruit, and one has less. And PS, you don't taste the spinach in either one...

Breakfast Juice 1: (Blender smoothie)

1 cup raw spinach
1/2 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1 tsp cinnamon

(sometimes I will switch out the blueberries or strawberries with mango for variety)

Breakfast Juice 2 (Juicer recipe: less fruit, less sugar)

Juice of:

1 cup of spinach
1/2 cucumber
2 whole celery stalks including leaves
2 small apples (or 1 medium)
2 carrots
1Tbsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 tsp cinamon

Hope this finds you well, and I wish you all the best. Feel free to keep in touch if you like :)
