I was sick for two weeks and then my back was giving me problems for another two weeks. But, as of yesterday I am back on track!

I loose weight slower than I used to, too. I'm exercising more (exercise was non-existent before) and I can really tell I'm building muscle. I have so many non-scale victories, that I don't mind the slow downward scale movement much. You seem to be doing a great job. Just keep telling yourself that,even though it takes too long to go, it's gone forever!

I have met my first weight-loss goal of 10 lbs. Not as easy as I thought it'd be, since, in the past, the first ten dropped off in as little as 2 weeks. Took me 7 weeks this time, but I'm doing it the right way now (lots of moving and a lot less junk food). Woohoo!
