My fear of changing my eating habits is often the irrational thought that I might still be hungry afterward. Oh no! Starvation here I come! I was having peanut butter at breakfast. And ricotta cheese, a flatbread, honey and coffee mate, blah blah blah. It was over 300, just for breakfast It wasn't working for me.
Today I faced my fear of changing my breakfast and came in at 223 with strawberries drizzled with honey, turkey sausage patty [very small] ww bread, sugar free jam, coffee mate. I'm totally satisfied but what is more important I faced the fear of not getting enough to eat. And then eating a lot more. Maybe I can do this, THIS time!!!
