2/3 cup sugar = 512 calories
1 gallon of tea = 16 (8 ounce) cups

So every 1 cup portion of tea has 32 calories.

Hope this helps

Hello there! I need some help and am hoping someone out there in SparkPeople Land can offer some. emoticon

Here's my confession: I am an iced tea addict. lol I make my own sweet(ish) tea at home but have no idea how many calories I'm consuming in each glass. I have no idea how to figure that out since I make a gallon at a time.

I'm new to this counting calories thing so any help offered is greatly appreciated! emoticon
