As you go through the daily exercises you will learn more and more about the site and get to know people. I would recommend starting your own spark page and joining some of the spark teams (in community section) to interact with folks of the same interest IE: #'s to lose, hobbies, hometowns.

Hi I signed up after having a brief conversation with a co-worker. I told her that I wanted to loose weight in my stomach area, she told me about SPARKPEOPLE. Here I am! emoticon
