Hello,
If your looking to spice up your workout routine and get a real workout I suggest taing a Fierce 4 Class. I tried it and wow tough, but awesome. IT's a combo of kickboxing, zumba, pilates, and yoga combo for 60 mins. you will def feel the burn for sure!!!
