So sorry that you're suffering with fibro. Props to you for searching for ways to feel better!
Not knowing how limited you're feeling right now, the first thing that comes to mind is water exercise. You'll have options about range of motion without having as much issue with weight bearing. Holding a float board or the side of the pool can help you with stability. It can be kind of a bother to actually travel to the pool and dress before and after, though. . .That's something to plan around.
