I like Fiber One Bars and cereal. The bars are like candy for me and the cereal makes a great snack. I also eat lots of whole grains and veggies.

one more thing - if you aren't currently eating high fiber, increase your daily fiber intake SLOWLY and drink LOTS of water.

if you go from eating 5-10 grams of fiber on Monday, to 40 grams on Tuesday...let's just say you will be very uncomfortable (and probably not too nice to be around)

I love whole grains - whole grain breads, quinoa, brown rice, bulghur

I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Raw spinach is a favorite.

I could eat black beans every day!

It is amazing how much fiber you can get just by adding the recommended fruit/veggies into your diet.

Whenever I buy packaged food, I always look at the fiber count and choose the one with the highest amount. I also take fiber pills to supplement.

I agree with the last poster...lots of veggies, fruit and unprocessed food bbut along wwith those you will need to drink tons of water.

I start each day with a glass of water and teaspoon of Metamucil.

Black beans, white beans, kidney beans, beans , beans, beans.
Oatmeal.
Soursop - an island staple known for fighting cancer cells. Found in my frozen ethnic foods dept.

Eat whole grains, beans, whole fruits and vegetables. Whole unprocessed foods tend to be higher in fiber, though it also gets added to things like low carb tortillas, etc.
