If you want to up fiber consider VitaFushion Fiber Well Gummies...only 10 calories , 5 carbs, and 5 grams of soluble fiber, no eggs or milk, no gluten, no peanuts and sugar free.

I agree with AZULVIOLETA6 berries are low carb and have the least impact on blood sugar. Other low carb fruits are......, grapefruit, lemons and rhubarb.

15 carbs is usually recommend for a snack...Carbs are the nutrient that has the most influence over your blood sugar levels. #1 carb-fighting hormone insulin, lower your blood sugar, and boost fat loss. ... the less insulin the more you can lose....

High Fructose Corn Syrup is the #1 worst carb...check all labels

Here is some info that may help you.

3/4 cup of fresh blueberries have approx. 62 calories and 16 grams of carbs
12 sweet cherries have 59 calories and 14 carbs
1 apricot has just 17 calories and 4 grams of carbs
54 calories and 14 carb grams
1 Orange 62 calories 14 carbs
1 serving of flax seeds about 4 carbs

A 2 tbsp. serving of almonds has 3.5g fiber and about 4g carbohydrates.
Pistachios and pecans have similar numbers and are good for all around health.
Peas are a high fiber veggie, approx. 9g fiber and 21g carbs for a cup.
1 cup of broccoli has about 6g fiber and only 2g usable carbohydrates.

Pears contain soluble and insoluble fiber...6 grams of fiber
Artichokes medium size 7 g of fiber..... only 60 calories
1 whole medium avocado has about 10 g of fiber

Low carb veggies asparagus, broccoli, celery, cucumber, romaine, olives, peppers and spinach

berries--especially blackberries and raspberries

They certainly have carbs, but less than most fruits.

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, cumba Mexicana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Dances to Learn in the future: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, danzón, Cuban rumba, ballroom rumba

Vegetables!

Green - broccoli, green beans, spinach, lettuce and other leafy greens, avocado, asparagus

Orange - carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, peppers

Red - Tomatoes, peppers, radish, beets

Purple - Eggplant, onion

Yellow - Turnip, peppers, potatoes, onions


I enjoy all the above foods on my low carb diet.

Milled (not whole) flax seed. I add it to protein shakes and hot cereal. Also, I agree with an earlier post about over the counter fiber products. I have a glass of water every day with fiber stirred in to boost my intake. There are several types of fiber on the shelves at the store and you may have to experiment to find the one that works best with your body.

Veggies in general are usually packed with fiber. I call broccoli specifically a toothbrush for your insides!
