Yesterday I was so bummed that I went over my calorie goal by 12 calories. Today, I stayed within my goal and had leftover calories. Plus, today was my first day starting my exercise. I walked a total of 1.75 miles today! I am so stoked I am actually doing well. I couldn't of done it without all of the kind words I have received from such a great group of people!
