I've been sick and unable to really move or workout for a week, found that pushing myself last week resulted in more sickness, so, I am laying low. We have no plans because he is sick too. We've been making soup and basically eating that and salad…but today I made tofu chocolate mousse, and, that is my favorite, so, I'm planning on having it!
Happy Thanksgiving- I'm taking a small break from my plan for a few days over Thanksgiving. I'm Not making promises to myself to "be good" eating small amount of food, giving up a food or stuffing myself with salad or veggies, Not setting myself up by a promise I won't keep to myself and feel like a failure setting myself up for more overeating and binging after the holiday. Planning on enjoing the next few days and back on track Monday! No matter our eating choices-Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
