I used to have days like that when I was sparring regularly. I'd have workouts where everything was easy and I felt like I could go forever, and then sometimes I'd count every second of the round so I could quit.
Even now with the Dressage riding, I have a couple low energy days a month and the horse is doing most of the work!
I never did find a reason for it, I just tried to do my best and work through it.
I agree that it could be not enough food or not the right food to support a workout, or if you are used to eating "clean" and yesterday you didn't, your body was too busy saying "what do I do with this?"
I have discovered a short list of foods that I can't eat for lunch before I do my afternoon workout, because I just don't have the energy.

It could also just be one of those days. I have running days when I feel like my legs are made of lead, and there isn't really any discernible reason.

If you've gotten used to eating quality food, eating junk can definitely make you feel icky, but honestly when I feel that way, it's usually because I haven't eaten enough of the right things to support my exercise. OR I'm overtraining.
What's your current calorie intake and ranges?

Last night when i worked out I felt like I was moving through mud. My body just wouldn't do what i wanted it to do. It wasn't because I needed rest because I had just taken two days off. So i know that wasn't the issue. The only thing I can think of was that I didn't have a "clean" food day. Can that really be the problem??
