Well I was on my third day of water fasting and I fell off the wagon. I ate a low calorie soup and some cashew nuts. I haven't eaten since 9:30pm, so I'm starting to fast again tomorrow. As my first attempt holding out for 3 days wasn't so bad. Maybe this next attempt will last longer.
