Last week was my church's Christmas bazaar . I overworked far too much and was far too tired. I just couldn't keep on programme. I think I will avoid the group who does this since the whole thing takes over my life.

Hurray for you for getting back on track. it takes a long while to change those old habits for good.The key is to not go day after day in the wrong direction. Just learn from it and move on.

Congrats on getting back on the wagon! Summer threw me for a doozy and I've been trying to get back on the wagon ever since. Seems like I just keep putting one foot into it and not the other. Good luck getting back on track!

OK! Way to go! You can do it one day at a time, one decision at a time. Baby steps, Be persistent, be consistent, drink lots of water and tour 8 hours of sleep. You can do it.

Fell off the diet/exercise wagon. 2 sick kids, getting sick myself, financial stress plus a holiday all landed on top of me with 2 feet. I woke up yesterday feeling like I did 2 months ago, sore stiff, just plain out icky(to use my 5 year olds term) I winced when I got on the scale then looked at myself and said "Never again!!!" so I am back and ready to start again!
