Hello all! I started this a year ago. In that time, I have moved twice. Lost and started a new job. I work about 55 hours a week and I now live in Orlando (Hoooooooot!). So, fitness and my old activity of walking outdoors went out the window. Along with losing motivation and not having any friends yet (and feeling a bit lonely), I was stressed,,,,sooooo,,,,,went back to my addiction: sugar. :-( So, long story short, my weight is exactly what it was, one year ago today. Okay...it could be worse, I could have gained. :-0 I am back, tracking my food as of today, and dug out my Leslie Sansome walking video. I got in an aerobic mile and feel more awake than I have in quite a while. I"m looking forward to reading the boards and support and getting ideas from Spark and it's fabulous members on what will help me along on this journey. Thanks for listening!
