Do you have a game you like to play? Specifically something quasi-physical?
When I was painfully stressed in law school, I'd take Bacci ball breaks. It was a way to get away from the work without resorting to eating.
If you can find something to do to distract from the stress of school that isn't food, give it a try.

Don't look at weight loss or good health with an all or nothing mentality. If the only healthy thing you did for yourself today was to drink 8 glasses of water, that's still a step in the right direction.
You're under a lot of stress. You will NOT derail any of your efforts at good health because you haven't been eating as well as you should. You do the best you can. When the exams are over, you go back to eating more healthfully. Remember, this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. there will be days you eat more than you should and that doesn't make you a bad person or an unhealthy one.
You do your best to eat more mindfully. You do your best to try to eat more servings of fresh fruit and veggies. You do your best to drink more water. Every little bit really does add up.
Mostly, you really do have to learn to cut yourself some slack. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy.
As far as exams, yeah, I know about that kind of stress. It's not easy to avoid taking a nose dive into comfort foods. What to do ? Find other ways to reduce your stress. Take a walk. Take a bubble bath. Listen to some relaxing music. Try to stay away from the junk, but don't beat yourself up if you do over indulge a bit.
Both the stress and the exhaustion are telling your body to eat more, and eat high calorie foods.
I had a similar situation trying to do the taxes. I was exhausted and in way over my head. I ate a lot, slept hardly at all, and gained weight. It took some time to get it back off, but it wasn't the end of the world.
Try and get some sleep. Research shows that sleep is key to doing well on exams. Try and do some relaxation - yoga, walks outside, massage. Keep healthy foods close by - fruits that you can eat without preparing. I would normally suggest drinking a lot of water, but timing is key if you are sitting in an exam room.
One way or another this will be over in 2 weeks. It's a bump in the road. Do the best you can doing these two weeks. It's just 2 weeks. You will be okay.
Hi NELLAH6004 - I haven't been in your situation, but would suggest that you ensure that you get plenty of good nutrition - lots of fruit/veges, and good quality protein, and complex carbs to help give you the energy that you need to get through this. It should help you emotionally, too, because you will be less physically drained which can wear a person's emotions down. Ensure that you are getting enough sleep. A lot of people tend to run on propping eyelids open with a toothpick, and then crash/burn at the time they need their thoughts in good order.
