My last post in this forum was a bit dark. But now, I'm seeing the light.I'm losing weight and getting really close to my goal, I feel stronger and better than ever! I'm really proud of myself for sticking with the 30 day shred and completing it. Yippe!
I never would have thought I could do it. I'm such a sedentary person (normally). But I really feel like exercise is now a set habit of mine; I look forward to my routines and feel way better about my body.
So to everyone...stick with it! You will be frustrated, results will slow down, you will feel tired and aggravated, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
