Hi, I've been feeling really under the weather and weak for about 10 days - only just started going out walking again yesterday after a week off because of it.
Anyway I was wondering if this could have anything to do with the fact that I've lowered my carbs lately (probably just around the time I started feeling rough). I'm not on a strict low carb diet though - 100 per day (usually from veg, brown rice and sweet potato) & I'm no even that strict so I didn't think that would be too bad ??
I do have a bad back which causes pain -which of course tires you out, so perhaps it's just that ??
