Thanks everyone! I did get my workout in and although it sounded awful, I'm really glad I pushed myself to do it.
Midnite602 hope your day went OK too. Our winter has been so long too, can't wait for spring weather.
Thanks again everyone for the kind words.

Just keep pushing and doing the work. Push thru this feeling and you will see results.

I know how you feel today. After I got the kids off to school I went back to bed, didn't get back up until 11:30. It is cold, rainy/snowy here and I'm unmotivated. We have all had these days. Stay strong, tomorrow is another day. Don't punish yourself for 1 day. emoticon

Hang in there we all have these days. The next sunny day will be better if you don't throw in the towel today.

The journey is as important as the goal.

It's a dark, yucky, rainy and very cold day out. Me and my son both didn't sleep well last night and so we're both feeling tired and can't go outside and get some much needed vitamin D.
I've worked out everyday since last Friday, using Sunday as rest day and haven't missed any other days since, but today I lost that excited feeling about it. I feel like I just want to settle in, be lazy and just eat and not count everything. I know I don't want to do that and if I let today slide, it will be even harder to do it tomorrow. I don't want to let today slide.
But feeling blah and the fact that 9 days of eating healthy and exercising has gotten me to gain 3 pounds (but my husband reminded me it's not going to all come over night and muscle weighs more then fat) I'm having trouble staying novitiated.
I want to get healthier, I want to lose weight, I want this time to be different, I just wish I could feel as excited and movitated as I did last week.
