hmmm. You mention trying on a bikini, and *feeling like* you look bigger. How tall are you? What is your weight? Is it possible that you're at a healthy weight and just not "seeing" it? Sometimes we can actually be at a healthy weight, but still be unhappy with how we look, because our thighs are a bit flabby or the tummy's not as flat as we think it should be. Where do you track your Food and Fitness? I took a quick peek at your Spark page, and it doesn't seem that you're tracking here. (Consistently.)

I'm eating 1200-1800 calories per day. And yes, I am strength training.

Yeah, you don't mention calories at all - "I am eating very healthy every day."

What is your range, and do you stay in it? If you do not know, you need to start tracking.

There is no way around the fact that weight loss is calories in vs. calories out.

The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.

What is your calorie range... and are you staying within it every day?
Are you strength training?

You cannot out-exercise a bad diet, and lifting weights is better for weight loss than cardio.

During these last 18 months, I have struggled so much with many things. One thing is my weight. I feel like I exercise so much, and I have yet to see any results. I walk to work (1.5 miles) every day. I run at least 2.5 miles every other day. I am in a yoga class twice a week. I play Just Dance on the Wii, which really works up a sweat, on the days that I don't run or walk. I am eating very healthy every day. Being gluten intolerant helps with eating healthier. I don't know what else I can do. I just tried on a bikini for the first time since last summer, when the weight gain really took off, and I feel like I look even bigger than I did then. Anything encouraging that anyone can offer?
