I've lost 4 pounds since Monday and I know I can do this! I was feeling deprived on Monday and a little deprived on Tuesday but now I'm feeling great. Tracking my calories with the help of spark people has been amazingly helpfu. Only had to add a few things because there is pretty much every food under the sun on this site.
