It's been a long time since I've really felt good about myself, my body. I am able to run 3.5 miles now without having an asthma attack. I have been doing resistance exercises every day and I am feeling better and better about my body's strength. I feel that SparkPeople has helped with my sucess. It is fun for me to track my work outs, foods, etc. I like getting the trophies. I have noticed that I am falling back in love with exercise and that is something I haven't felt in about 3 years. Thanks SparkPeople. Love it!
