I haven't even lost 10 pounds yet, but I am already feeling better and my closes are getting looser. I'm tracking everything that I am eating and drinking and some of my choices have surprised me (I always thought that I ate way too many carbs but I actually eat too many fats). Anyway, things are going well and I am excited!
