Don't...sometimes you just need to do it. But be sure you do it rarely and then move on. You deserve losing weight and of course there are others things to help you stay on track, just be careful and enjoy. Start a new tomorrow!

I don't log on until I've done my workout, eaten dinner, finished 15 minutes of housework and picked out an outfit for the next day. Some days 15 minutes, some days an hour!

We designed SparkPoints to encourage people to perform activities and tasks that are proven to help you reach your goals. Maybe focusing on the tasks related to your goals versus the total points will help you reach your goals.
It is easy to get caught up in the collection process for sure.

I am addicted to SparkPoints and I am feeling guilty about it. I am spending so much time collecting Spark Points that I am not exercising as much as I should. Don't get me wrong...I am learning a lot too, but it isn't helping me loose the pounds and gain the energy. Any suggestions on how to do both?
